Michelle L. Wakefield, Esq., joined the law firm in 1999. Ms. Wakefield obtained both her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego, School of Law, with honors. Ms. Wakefield was admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. Ms. Wakefield practices in the areas of disability rights and civil rights litigation, but also leads the firm’s practice in the area of business and corporate formation, corporate and business taxation, and individual taxation.
