Theodore
A. Pinnock, Esq., was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991 after
obtaining his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Prior to his admission
to the California State Bar, Mr. Pinnock authored two textbooks on Title I of
the Americans With Disabilities Act, the proceeds of which were used to found
the original law firm. Mr. Pinnock specializes in the areas of disability rights
and civil rights litigation. Additionally, Mr. Pinnock practices in the area of
entertainment, business and corporate law. On numerous occasions, local, state,
and federal government agencies, along with independent organizations have
recognized Mr. Pinnock for his tireless efforts in the area of disability
rights. Mr. Pinnock lobbies extensively to promote disability rights legislation
at the local, state, and federal level. Mr. Pinnock also has served on the
President’s Committee on the Employment of People With Disabilities, at the
request of President Bill Clinton.
